Lindsey graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. She also has certifications through Pelvic Health Solutions in post-grad pelvic floor courses.

Lindsey has ongoing education in the area of orthopaedics with a strong focus on manual therapy and women’s health as well as specialization in vestibular rehabilitation, including balance and dizziness issues.

She has experience in the area of assessment and treatment of:
– Assessing and treating pelvic floor issues for men and women including bowel/bladder incontinence, organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, scar tissue management, rectus diastase, prenatal and postpartum care, core dysfunction, lower back and/or hip pain and lumbar pelvic instabilities.
