Prenatal classes with Yliza Benjamin will guide you through the stages of labor. You will enter this life changing event with confidence. You will know with confidence that your partner will support you through each contraction using comfort measures learned in class. You will have the inside scoop of what to expect from your doctors and nurses (because I happen to be one of them). Breastfeeding may look natural but each mom and dad goes through challeneges at the beginning. In prenatal class, you will learn how to get the best start through a lactation consultant, Nurse Kerry.
