Welcome to moms and dads expecting again. You’ve been down this road of pregnancy maybe recently or maybe it’s been a few years since your last birth. Pregnancy symptoms are familiar and some are new. Every pregnancy is different.

But… this time you want to do it differently, this time my partner is new a person, this time I wanna be a part of the process so that I don’t feel like things were done to me. If you’ve had a previous difficult delivery, join us for a refresher prenatal class.

Let’s meet for a weekly chat led by you. I will facilitate the conversation and offer common need to know information for you and your partner.

Topics include:
What to do in early labor? And practical ways your partner can support you during labour.
How to advocate for yourself or how your partner can advocate for you
Breastfeeding solutions
Practical ways to adjust for baby #2
Class times are the following: October 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31 from 7:00-9:00 pm. We will discuss the same topics as outlined on the Prenatal Class page.
